I love Paddle tennis because it combines athleticism with quick reflexes, requiring sharp hand-eye coordination and strategic thinking. It’s an excellent way to improve my fitness while simultaneously learning teamwork and communication, as most games are played in doubles, I usually play with either my fiance or business associates.
